Who handles your data

Vikawork handles this website and enquiries to the company. Contact us at hello@vikawork.com with privacy questions.

For hiring records, the organization that invited you determines the hiring purpose and who can access the records. Vikawork provides the software.

The private-test arrangement does not replace a customer agreement. Ask the inviting organization which instructions and terms apply to your test.

Website visits and enquiries

This site has no advertising trackers or analytics client. Your browser can store your light or dark theme choice on your device.

Hosting providers can process IP addresses, request paths, browser information, and timestamps to serve files and operate the service.

The contact form states how it works before you send. In email-draft mode, the site prepares a draft and stores no submission.

You send that draft through your email provider. Our Google Workspace mailbox receives it when you send it.

In service mode, we collect your email, optional product choice, message, consent, and delivery record. We use them to reply and prevent misuse.

We do not use an enquiry as permission to send a marketing newsletter. Do not include candidate, employee, or other sensitive records.

Private-test product data

VikaHire can store profiles, résumés, hiring notes, feedback, interview responses, recordings, and agent run records within an organization.

The organization grants access through roles. AI features send relevant input to configured providers to produce assistance, scores, or transcripts.

VikaHire has no product-model training pipeline that uses your hiring data. Provider terms still apply to requests that leave the product.

Use synthetic data for tests where possible. Use real candidate data only with the required permission and consent.

Service providers and data regions

This list covers the website, contact handling, and the VikaHire private test. Other product pages describe plans, not the same deployed configuration.

Provider retention and model-training terms depend on the service, account, and settings. We do not promise zero provider retention or India-only processing.

Google Cloud and Firebase

Website hosting, product infrastructure, and contact records.

Configured product infrastructure and contact storage: Mumbai, India (GCP asia-south1). Firebase Hosting serves website files through a global network.

Google Gemini

The default AI provider for VikaHire, including text assistance, scoring, and embeddings. Requests contain the data that each feature needs.

AI processing can occur outside India. The product infrastructure region does not fix the AI processing region.

OpenAI

VikaHire speech transcription and generated interview speech, when those features apply.

Processing can occur outside India. The deployment and provider settings determine the applicable data terms.

Sentry

Error reports from the VikaHire frontend and backend. This marketing site does not include a Sentry client.

US data region. Error reports can include technical context about a failed request.

Resend

Transactional email for VikaHire and the contact service when active.

The sender setup uses Tokyo. That setting is not a promise that every mail copy stays in Japan.

Google Workspace

The company mailbox receives enquiries and replies to them.

This notice makes no India-only storage promise for mailbox copies.

How long records remain

For the contact service, deletion starts on a 90-day receipt schedule and a two-day quota schedule. Database deletion can take time after expiry.

Those schedules do not remove copies from Resend or company mailboxes. Email-draft mode has no website submission record to delete.

The VikaHire private-test policy sets a short 30-day interview retention period. The consent screen must show the period for your session.

Interview content expiry removes responses, recordings, work, and scores. Session, consent, and human-decision records can remain. It is not a whole-account deletion.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

For a website enquiry, email hello@vikawork.com from the address you used. Tell us which message or information the request concerns.

For hiring records, contact the organization that invited you. It controls the hiring record. We can help route a request if necessary.

We may need to confirm your identity before we disclose or change data. Do not send identity documents in your first email.

We will explain any records that must remain and the reason. This notice does not reduce rights that applicable law gives you.

Changes to this notice

We update this page when the scope or handling changes. The date below identifies this version.

An updated notice does not change the consent version already recorded for an interview. Read new notices before you agree to a new activity.
