Website use and product access

Vikawork publishes this website to explain the Vika products and receive enquiries. A contact request does not create an account or grant product access.

The product catalog gives each product's current public status. Features, plans, and test access can change. A planned feature is not a delivery commitment.

Only an invitation and the applicable product terms permit participation in a private test. No public purchase or subscription takes place on this site.

Private-test conditions

The test is for invited organizations to evaluate the product and give feedback. It is not for production use or paid customer operations.

Use synthetic data where possible. Use candidate data only with the necessary permission and consent. Keep a separate copy of work you need.

Your organization controls its members, permissions, and hiring process. Keep credentials private and report suspected account misuse.

We may change, pause, or end the test. We may restrict access that risks another user, the service, or data security.

Use the service responsibly

• Submit only content that you have permission to use.
• Do not send malicious files, spam, or unlawful content.
• Do not bypass access controls or attempt to read another organization's data.
• Do not disrupt the service or claim that a test result is a certified assessment.

Review AI output before action

AI can make mistakes, omit context, and produce different answers to similar requests. Read the evidence and correct errors before you act.

A score does not decide whether to hire a candidate. The hiring organization remains responsible for decisions and for an appropriate review process.

Do not use a product demo, estimate, or AI response as professional legal, financial, or employment advice.

Content and feedback

You retain your rights in the data you provide. Submit data only for the agreed test purpose and only with the necessary permissions.

Vikawork uses test data to provide and support the test, subject to the privacy notice and the organization's instructions.

The Vika name, brand assets, and website content belong to their respective owners. Do not suggest that Vikawork endorses your service without permission.

We may use feedback to improve the product. Do not put confidential information in general feedback unless we agree how to handle it.

Service limits and future agreements

We provide the private test as available. We make no promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or a particular business outcome.

This page does not set a paid-service uptime commitment, warranty, liability cap, or signed data processing agreement.

Before paid or production use, we need appropriate agreements and legal review. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Questions or ending a test

Email hello@vikawork.com to discuss these terms, end a test, or request help with your records.

Stopping access does not itself delete every record. Read the privacy notice and ask for the appropriate deletion process.
